MFM Fellowship Executive Committee
The MFM Fellowship Executive Committee exists to make the fellowship the best it can be. It is comprised of 8 of the MFM Faculty which include the Fellowship Program Director and Associate Program Director. The Committee’s main function is to provide support to its trainees. The Committee meets monthly to discuss fellowship program updates and proactively address areas for improvement in the fellowship. Nothing is done within the fellowship without all the members knowing and agreeing upon it.
The Fellowship Committee designees also meets monthly with the fellows at a “Fellow Huddle” to update them on the program and get feedback from the fellows. Finally, the Fellowship Committee is in charge of reviewing fellowship applications, interviewing prospective candidates, and determining the fellowship rank list with input from key faculty and other fellows.
