How to Apply

Applications for the 2025 cycle will open in December. Further information will be provided in the coming weeks.

Interview Day

This year our interviews will be held remotely using Zoom meetings. A happy hour the evening before will be arranged so that interviewees can meet the fellows in an informal setting. The interview day itself will feature information about our program, a virtual welcome to Salt Lake City, and interviews with MFM faculty.

MFM Fellowship Executive Committee

The MFM Fellowship Executive Committee exists to make the fellowship the best it can be. It is comprised of 8 of the MFM Faculty which include the Fellowship Program Director and Associate Program Directors.  The Committee’s main function is to provide support to its trainees. The Committee meets monthly to discuss fellowship program updates and proactively address areas for improvement in the fellowship. Nothing is done within the fellowship without all the members knowing and agreeing upon it.

The Fellowship Committee designees also meets monthly with the fellows at a “Fellow Huddle” to update them on the program and get feedback from the fellows.  Finally, the Fellowship Committee is in charge of reviewing fellowship applications, interviewing prospective candidates, and determining the fellowship rank list with input from key faculty and other fellows.
